Meant to switch gas & electricity, but only electricity was switched


I moved to Bulb in September of last year, and assumed both electricity and gas would be switched, however it was only electricity. I cannot see anything on either the Dashboard or Help Centre to bring the gas over also. I’m still receiving gas bills and making payments to my original provider.

I’d appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
