I am extremely anxious about having switched over to Bulb form Scottish Power! Scottish Power installed my second generation Economy 7 Smart Meter and IHD. We were left with NO instructions on how to get the 2nd electric reading, the night one. After much time/calls spent, my husband managed to be able to find it. So, have submitted both reading to Bulb who say there’s a problem on my account and they can only submit one reading!!! To make matters worse, the IHD only displays one electric meter read and no actual usage. I have read that this is a common problem but just wonder if Bulb can actually rectify this or should I leave to another supplier?
