Can someone help, I’ve tried the email and seem to be getting a robotic response. My day 1 rate on my meter is stuck and has been for a month. This means my readings are low. The bot response was I should pay £120 quid for an engineer to come out. No way am I paying for an engineer to look at a meter that works in my favour. I’ve reported it, and unless bulb send out an engineer at their cost I’m happy to benefit from free electricity as I’ve done my bit and let them know.
