I have an outdoor Landis + Gyr G370 gas meter. The display stopped working in March. I contacted you at the time and you said it was likely the battery had ran out but you couldn’t send out an engineer due to lockdown restrictions and that I would be put on a waiting list and contacted when engineers could visit.
I have heard nothing back since and had no response when I tried to follow up. Could someone please advise when this could be fixed? I see from this community that people have been getting smart meters fitted over the last couple of months so I assume your engineers are working again…
