One of my meters’ display has stopped working - when you press the button to show the readings/info it just stays blank. The gas/electric are working fine so it’s just the display that isn’t working - reading other threads here it is likely just a dead battery or something.
I’ve sent two emails to the email address listed for these problems but haven’t had a response yet. Could someone from Bulb please let me know if there is another way to report this issue? I will be moving house in a few months so definitely don’t want this to still be an issue then!
