Meter Failed SSE or Bulb

Jesus… They are either employing the dregs from Talk Talk on Support or im dealing with a n autobot of limited mental capacity.

The lcd screen on the meter has failed. No, its not a timewasting Smart meter its a conventional SSE cheap as shit meter.

Who fixes this. Bulb (god forbid), SSE or me? If i cancel the DD will it prove the existence of intelligent life at Bulb?
