Meter Fault

We are without electricity since 6pm today and unfortunately, your friends at Siemens are unable to dispatch any engineers because their one guy who works in our area is tired. We have brought our own electrician who confirmed that this is a blown meter and that only you can replace it.

Wouldn’t have expected that such a vital service would work a 9-6.

Please advise…

Really sorry to hear that. We make sure that we have an emergency line going to our engineers in case of an issue like this, so I’m really disappointed to hear that this has happened.

You should send us an email outlining what happened, and we can raise a complaint to investigate this further
