If you’re having trouble reading your meter, we can register you for the Priority Service Register and request an engineer visit every quarter.
Another option is to get a smart meter installed, I’ve just sent you an email in case you’re interested in this.

We aren’t currently installing new meters following the advice surrounding Covid-19.
I’ve sent you an email so we can check on the FIT application if you haven’t heard back yet.
