Meter has been swapped, so I will need to submit multiple meter readings

National Grid have just swapped my old gas meter for a refurbished one (I’ve no idea why). This means that at my next meter reading I will need to submit 3 readings: 1) the reading from the new meter at that time; 2) the reading from the new meter at the date the meter was changed; 3) the reading from the old meter at the date the meter was changed.

How will I do this?

Hi @michael7640 - we can sort all that for you. We usually receive these details including the reads on the old and new meter when they were swapped.

If you want to make double sure we have these can you email us a picture of the new gas meter and the yellow sticker next to it which will include the details of the exchange :+1:

Thanks Matt, The guys who changed the meter seemed to think that it was up to me to supply the info. Given that the swap happened only just after I changed to Bulb there is probably some scope for confusion so I’ll email the picture.
