Meter installation

Dear Bulb,

I have had my first payment taken from you but you have not installed a meter as agreed?
I have a pay as you go currently- when can you come and instal a proper meter please. You also said you come and do my meter readings for me? Can you please help me. Thank you.

Hi @GeorgieGirl As we discussed on the phone, unfortunately Bulb doesn’t offer a meter exchange from a prepay to credit meter. You’ve been sent a Bulb prepay key in the post, and you’ll need to keep topping your meter up for the time being. If you’d like to switch your gas meter to a credit meter I’d recommend switching suppliers, although we’ll be sorry to see you go :frowning:

As a reminder, Bulb doesn’t have any exit fees if you do switch away
