Meter issues

Hi
I had problems getting set up and one of the Bulb crew set me up, however, now I have come online to enter the first meter reading, the gas meter is still the wrong one ( serial number is incorrect).
Who do I need to speak to to sort this out, i still have my first gas reading from moving from Extra energy - to the move at the start of this month.
Should I just call customer services?
