meter not working

I’ve got home from work tonight and have no gas. The meter is completely blank, I’ve called all emergency numbers and they think it may be the internal battery in the smart meter. However I need to speak with my supplier - but they left at 6pm - anyone experienced this? I have a 3 year old and no heating or hot water!

I assume when you say you need to speak with your supplier you mean Bulb?

Although you said you have called all emergency numbers was one of them National Grid Metering on 0800 001 4340?

Yes tried them - we have to speak to Bulb as they are responsible for the meter and it’s the meter that has died but there appears to be no way of contacting bulb outside of office hours?
