I recently realised I had read my last couple of meter readings wrongly. The previous bills had been estimated and it made sense that the meter reading was larger tha those. However on the 16th September, I I reallised that I had previously read them wrongly and that our electricity was 50525. My account shows 51528 so well over where we actually are. I sent a picture of the meter, but have not heard anything back. That was nearly three weeks ago. I can’t seem to get onto live chat as it is always busy and there is no phone number to call other than to complain (which is probably the best option)
