My son in Sheffield has initiated the sign-up process for his flat, but we just realised that the meters of the scores of flats of this landmark development (Park Hill - look it up!) are locked up in the basement with no access for tenants! What’s to be done, as Bulb prefers monthly reads, and that’s impossible?

A bit annoying about the meters though although we recommend a reading every month, quarterly is fine if he is able to do that?
The most important is getting a starting read to make sure his billing starts of accurately with us!
