Meter reading - Electric

I keep submitting meter meter reading for electricity & I receive confirmation email… however my account never gets updated…
Is there an IT issue you need to resolve…?

The meter reading is probably being rejected by the third party verification company which Bulb has to send meter readings to - when they decide to reject a reading, they don’t actually let Bulb know for ‘reasons’. If you email Bulb at help@bulb.co.uk (see How to get in touch – Bulb ) ideally including a photo of the meter they can wave at the verification company, it’ll be helpful and I’m sure they’ll sort things out for you.
