Meter reading error

Trying to submit elec reading via app but says “Looks like something wrong. Please try again later”. Has said this since i joined. Why?

Hi, I’ve read from a lot of other posts that the app isn’t too good (not tried it myself). I submit mine from the website and dont get that error. (Only done it twice so far mind!) Depending on what phone / tablet you have, you can login on the website, then “add page to home screen” (chrome). I find this very useful as it even shows bulb’ s logo on the screen so it’s just like having the app but with the full functionality of the website. Every time i click the icon im taken straight to my account without having to login. Obviously have a good security lock on your device to stop any prying eyes. Give it a try!
