Meter Reading is less but Bulb won't Register

I seem to have had a mix up on meter readings and the last actual reading is wrong and too high. I have tried on numerous occasions to try and update this. Whilst initially Bulb seems to accept reading it never actually transfers onto my account.
I can’t seem to locate a contact number to call them either.
Has anyone experienced this or know how I can resolve the issue.
