Meter reading issue

Hi, I did a meter reading in September which I uploaded. When I went to do my next reading it was showing as lower than the previous one so I put that info in and Bulb asked me to upload a photo of the reading which I did. It then asked me for another meter reading a few weeks after and that was higher than the second one however when I went to upload it there was no record of the 2nd reading, only of the 1st one. It again asked me to upload a photo of the reading which I did and when I’ve checked back it’s still just showing the original September reading that I did with no sign of the two later readings with uploaded photos. Could do with speaking to someone to sort out what’s happening but can’t find any contact number for Bulb. Thanks in advance for any help! Martha

@MarthaB Can you send a photo of the screens on the meter to us on help@bulb.co.uk and then we can get this corrected for you.
