Meter reading link not working

You’ve just emailed asking for my first meter reading. You then send a link so I can sign in…well, doesn’t work. Can’t see anywhere I can submit a reading.
My first interaction with Bulb…this doesn’t inspire confidence and I see I’m not the first! What next???

As for your meter readings, you can email them to us at or give us a call at 0300 30 30 635. In the meantime, I’m going to send you a manual link from our side to see if that works for you.
