Meter reading not accepted?

Tried to submit a gas meter reading (the first non-estimate). Website says it’s lower than expected and every time I click submit it refreshes the page but doesn’t appear to accept the reading. (the new reading isn’t listed on my readings page) Any ideas?

Hey @ne1e , thanks for getting in touch. Your gas reading was being flagged up because the estimate we received for your change of supply to Bulb was a bit too high. This meant when you did submit a reading, we thought the reading was too low.

Not to worry though, we’ve already started a disputed read process to agree a more accurate lower change of supply gas reading with your old supplier. This will mean all your readings will line up and you’ll have no issues in the future :slight_smile:
