Meter reading not appearing

Hi, I recently moved to a new build supplied by BG, the switch back to Bulb has all gone through so I have been trying to submit some readings, the app only gives me the option to submit a gas reading but online it does give me both. However it is only recording the gas readings and none from the electric? The last reading for electric was back on the 20th of August via smart but I have tried to enter a few manual ones since then, I get the email saying thanks for submitting but it never appears. Is there a reason for this?
