Bulb have only passed on my gas and not my electricity reading to my old supplier so I can’t settle my bill yet. Has this happened to anyone else? Unlike my old supplier they are not available to talk to on a Saturday morning.
Readings from Bulb to your old supplier go via a third party. Electricity and gas readings are via different third parties so they may not arrive with your old supplier at the same time. This means that any delay may possibly be not down to Bulb.
