Only the Bulb team can resolve your problem I assume you have contacted them via the contact details at: https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- they have to explain why they don’t accept the details in your “pics”.
It could be you have sent pictures outside the submission date and therefore they have estimated. OR possibly there is a dispute between suppliers if you are a new customer.
Best contact the crowd as Allanr suggests.
