Meter Reading Query

I have LOW and NORMAL meter readings. How do I submit them to you via the App?

Hi @dynamic1247, leading up to your switch to us, we need to receive some unique details about your meter from your previous supplier, included in these details would be the information needed to let our system know that you have a two-rate meter. Your start date is in about 4 days and we should be able to get that information in before then, but, if you’re still unable to enter in both readings, just shoot them over to us via email and we’ll enter it in for you manually.
