My previous provider has advised they cannot close my account with them in full as you have not advised a meter reading for gas or electric
Hi Cecilia, it looks like they have received the readings we gave them, They also know this as they have tried to dispute the Gas reading you gave us (we have rejected this)
Hi @Cecelia. We have sent your opening meter readings to your previous supplier. Your meter reading are checked by an independent regulator before it gets to them.
It can take up to six weeks to for your previous supplier to send a final bill.
If they are still taking a monthly Direct Debit, I would suggest cancelling it with the bank.
