Meter reading

Hi, I’ve only been with Bulb for about six weeks but my low meter reading hasn’t changed since I started. How do I know if it’s the meter faulty or whatever else it might be?

@rob865 If you could send us photos of your meter taken as close as you can to midnight and as close as possible to 7.15 am to help@bulb.co.uk, I can confirm the meter isn’t ticking over for your night register. Most likely, this will require a meter replacement.
