Meter Reading

Hi, i recently switched to Bulb from EDF but I am still awaiting my final bill. EDF have said this is because they have not received the read from Bulb which was submitted on 12th July. Can you please confirm if this was provided? Thanks

Yes, we sent those readings out on the switch date. We send these readings back via a collection of third parties who validate the readings, it could be that they have got held up somewhere between these guys and EDF.

Was it your gas or electricity meter reading they were missing? We can then get this chased up.
