Meter reading

Have sent through up-to date readings today 21.10.2017 for E4 9EQ.
The electricity reading is as previous reading? I can’t understand why, but that is what’s on the meter.
Please let me know if anything else I need to do for now.


Hi @Eugene thank you for flagging this. Unless you think it’s possible that you’ve used no electricity, it sounds like we need to repair/replace your electricity meter. Do you have any availability week commencing 06/11/17 (or any other weekday later in November) for us to send an engineer round? We book appointments in 4-hour slots, either AM (8am to noon) or PM (noon to 4pm).
