Meter Reading

I have recently switched to Bulb and so far it has been smooth sailing, however, I need to supply a Meter Reading - I have all the info ready however, when I go to the Submit Meter Reading page in the app or web page I’m just getting a blank screen so cannot supply these… please help!!
