Meter reading

I am a new client and I have to give you my meter reading . Problem on my link as there is only 1 meter reading request and I have 2 reading ( day and night).
Please advise me how to proceed,

Hi there @JohnRace it looks like some of the technical details about your meter haven’t come through yet, including the ones which let us know you have a two rate meter. If you pop us over the readings, either here or by email to help@bulb.co.uk or by phone on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday we’ll add those first reads in for you, and the website will be working for your meter by next month
