meter reading

Since joining you ,my meter has been changed to a smart meter by Scottish power as it was arranged before joining Bulb.I send you the readings doing all calculations my self.This is suppose to come to you direct.Please let me know what is happening.Have you not have the facilities?

Hi @antoniades it is concerning that this has happened. No supplier should exchange a meter that they don’t supply, I do not understand why Scottish Power would do this.

This meter won’t send the readings to Bulb automatically, we’d still require manual meter readings from the meter.

Additionally, we would need the information about the exchange. The current meter readings, and the new serial number etc. Would you be able to take a photo of the meter and send it to help@bulb.co.uk with a short explanation so one of our agents can pick this up?
