Trying to input meter readings but all I’m getting is a blank screen
Uh oh, that’s not good. It might be best to try a different browser or try clearing your cookies and cache from your current browser, signing out and then giving it another go. Sometimes the data held by the browser interferes with the page loading and causes issues like this to occur.

Hi there @Patricia1cash we had some problems with our online account over the weekend, which should now be resolved. It might be worth logging out and back in again (click the icon in the top right then ‘sign out’ to sign out when you see that blank screen) if you get the same problem next time you try to log in, but the issue should now all be resolved
