We recently moved home and I switched to bulb, When the time came for meter readings, I ,in error, input the readings at the time of moving in (which is about 30 days ago) rather than the current readings . I only noticed it when I got a bill from the current provider. I want to give the correct and current meter readings to bulb but I can’t find a way of doing it. There is no phone number or email address for bulb which I didn’t know before…
Could someone help me please.
