Meter reading

My meter has three digital roll over readings which two do I use.

I assume the help article at doesn’t help in your specific case. What sort of meter have you got (prepay key/card, ‘standard’ credit meter, smart meter - is it gas/electric etc)? Make and model would be perfect.

I can’t say for certain that given that information we’ll be able to help (most people on this forum are just Bulb customers like you and I), but we may be able to and the information may help others in the future.
