Meter reading

The reading that provided by the previous provider was in correct and the date also.
I moved into this flat on 19/10/2018 and the last reading that sent to you from the previous provider was on 05/08/2018

You need to contact Bulb directly. This is just a community forum of other customers.

Can I just ask - What made you click the “Community” button and so end up posting here, rather than the big “Help” button and so contact Bulb directly? We’re trying to work out why this keeps happening.
