Meter reading

Is anyone else having problems with Bulb and smart meters? I’ve been with them for 3 months now. When I signed up with them I signed up online for a smart meter. I also signed up for a quarterly meter reading, until they could transfer my existing smart meter.
I messaged yesterday and I was told by two different people, that I should get a friend or a family member to read my meter.
Really???

If you are on the Priority Services Register you should get regular meter readings.

trumps what you may have been told by whoever you spoke to.
