Meter Reading

When trying to submit a meter reading, it asks for a day reading and a night reading. However, my meter was changed months ago to only 1 reading! I have called bulb before and they say there system has not yet updated but how long should this take!?!?!?

As a fellow customer I have no idea how long it will take. It may be worthwhile contacting Bulb again to see if they can urge or do something about updating the meter database?
