How do I put my meter readings on line does not give an option
Thanks for getting in touch. You have smart meters so there isn’t an option to submit reads as they’re sending these to us automatically.
You can of course get in touch by phone or email if you do want to submit reads yourself
I changed to Bulb recently despite trying to submit a meter reading cannot even do that. When I come to this page I see all the unhappy customers and this is not a good thing. I have requested a change as do not want to be somewhere with so many unhappy customers and one that is so user unfriendly. Make changes or lose more customers Bulb!
