Meter reading

Hi i had my meter changed the end of February I sent in a meter reading on the 3 of June I still haven’t received a bill from you

I had a Smart Meter installed on the 13 June. As part of the process both the external Gas & Electricity meters were replaced by new ones. my next bill (28 June) had my Gas meter reading at (26 Smart) and Electricity at 31159 (Estimated). I have just read both meters to submit to Bulb and the readings are Gas 45.91 and Electricity 00418. Alongside the Electricity meter was a Green form that states that the reading on the previous (repaced) meter was 30156. Clearly the estimated reading for the 28 June was overestimated and I suspect that Bulb are not aware that the electricity meter has been replaced. Please advise me on what action Bulb will take to correct matters. Thank You
