I am a new customer of bulb, I have been asked to submit a meter reading before I’m connected. Unfortunately had a pay as you go smart meter and have no readings displayed. I’m very concerned about the fact that I’m unable to contact anyone in Bulb, to speak to or email.

What do you mean when you say you are unable to contact anyone in Bulb?

Bulb should be able to look into that for you if you contact them. The phone wait times are not very long.
