I have been sent a meter reading (in a block of flats where readings need to be requested and then emailed to us) and there is only one number. When inputting it requires both a day and night figure. Please can you confirm how I get a ‘night’ reading.

You do it by asking the person who does your meter reading to give you both?
If you’re not on a dual-rate meter then your Bulb account is misconfigured, and you’ll need to contact Bulb customer services to get it corrected. Then you’ll be asked for only your single rate reading.
