When I click on the link to submit meter reading how come I don’t see a box to type in the figures
i am having the same issue. I get sent the emails saying I need to register my meter reading. I click on the link and it sends me to this community page?? I surely don’t need the community page to register my own meter reading. Not impressed.
Do either of you have a smart meters, possibly this is why you can’t see a box to enter your meter reading… Regardless of this I would contact the Bulb help desk, their contact details are on the bottom of the Help page.
