Meter readings being accepted

I’ve been with Bulb almost a year now and have submitted many meter readings in this time however every time I enter an electricity reading I get an email informing me this is my first and’ll contact my previous supplier. I have no record of any of these readings and just want some reassurance there’s nothing wrong with my account.

I would seriously think about contacting the Bulb team first thing tomorrow when they are back in the office.
