Meter readings being ignored - what to do?

Three times I’ve submitted actual meter readings with photos, and three times bulb have ignored them. Ive been getting estimates that are higher than my actuals.

I’ve joined bulb because everyone recommends them yet I’ve had nothing but problems.

I can never chat to anyone because they’re “busy” so only get sent here to sort it out.

Before complaining to OFGEM has anyone got any suggestions about what to do?
