Meter readings & bills

At the first month with bulb my bill came in much higher than the estimate and they wanted to raise it £30 a month straight way. We have submitted meter reading monthly have been told it is incorrect each month and had to submit pics of meter readings. Never had this problem with previous suppliers I think we will be switching as this company is too much hassle. and no phone number either, or not one I can find.
