I keep submitting my meter readings every month but they never appear in MyBulb. What’s wrong?
@jfo Thanks for getting in touch with us. There was a slight issue regarding your meter set up in our system but it’s fixed now so you will be able to send in readings properly from now on.
I’ve also put in all your historical readings into your account and re-sent you the historical bills, amended to the readings you’ve been submitting. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
