Meter Readings - Economy 7


Since joining Bulb I have a continuous issue with meter readings. The meter reading page lists the readings the wrong way round and so when I then enter the correct readings they go in the wrong way round on my bill.

Each month I have to call up and ask for my readings to be switched as I keep getting bills of over £600 for one month when it is far less than that.

Could someone look in to this please?
