Meter readings for old utility company

good morning,

I have had an email from you guys telling me my switch is complete and that I am no “100% bulb”. I jus contacted m old provider in order to clear my accounts but I was told they are still waiting for meter readings from you guys. Can you please advise me when this will be done so I can pay my bill.

Good afternoon @simon447, your old suppliers will have both of your readings in early June.

We have both of your readings and have sent over your electricity reading but there is a small delay in sending over your gas reading as the industry is undergoing a bit of an IT upgrade.

This means that until the start of June we, as suppliers, are not able to exchange information with other gas suppliers.
