I input my meter readings just before a payment was made and now it is saying I am 777 in debit from electricity used since May 23rd. Which I know is definitely a mistake. I have emailed the help email and not received a reply. Can any of the bulb team help and rectify this issue or atleast reply to my email firstname.lastname@example.org
Why have you posted your email address on a public forum? It should be easy for you to identify the cause of your problem by. checking your statements? Are the statements based on the meter readings which you have supplied to Bulb?
