I have recently switched to you for my student property. I have not been able to get the meter readings yet as I’m currently at home in a different city and they’re due tomorrow! The thing is, I don’t think you can take an estimate because it is a five bed house but it has been occupied only about 5 weeks per year by the landlord for the past 3 years so they wouldn’t have used much energy in that time.
Your contact centre is now closed so I can’t ring! Do you have any advise on what I can do to avoid really incorrect meter readings and bills for the next 12 months?
